MEMBERSHIP FORM

The "SAVED BY THE SEAT BELT CLUB" is a NJ Division of Highway Traffic Safety program that the South Jersey Traffic Safety Alliance institutes region wide.

By inducting new members, the Alliance gives seat belt survivors an opportunity to share their story, about how they were saved by the seat belt, in the hopes of promoting seat belt use.

Those interested in taking their story on the road will be invited to attend press conferences, award ceremonies and other activities to publicize their lifesaving experience.

If you have avoided serious injuries or maybe even death and would like to be inducted into the Club and maybe even help promote the Club and its mission, contact the Alliance, fill out the attached form or visit your local police department for a form.

Mom and Daughter survived this roll over because they were properly restrained.

Don and his son survived this hit that turned their truck on its side.
The gentleman pictured below survived being hit by a drunk driver going over 100 miles an hour.  He was driving the blue pick up truck pictured to his right.  The vehicle that hit him split in half.
